When a family decides they want me to capture their beautiful newborn baby at my Glasgow photography studio, one of the first things I do is get the family involved in planning the session.

To help me plan your session we will have a quick phone consultation where I will find out poses, props, colours schemes, hats and headbands that you want to be included in your session and that also reflect my photography style which is simple, natural and timeless.

When choosing your Glasgow newborn photographer it is vital to choose someone whose photography style appeals to you, who makes an emotional connection with you, and who will take the extra time to make your newborn session extra special, so take the time to look at each photographer’s portfolio before you make your decision.

Amirahs mummy said that she loved bright, vibrant colours for her session.  Mum’s favourite colour was yellow, which I included in her session.  Amirah was nearly 2 months premature and her mum mentioned the most important thing she wanted from her session was for me to capture just how precious Aamirah is.  How special is that? I was more than happy to capture her beautiful innocence with some timeless images of her brand new baby girl.
